Molly, RVT

Molly graduated from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 2013 and has worked in mixed-animal practices and feline-only veterinary care, including leadership roles.

She is a Registered Veterinary Technician, Cat Friendly Veterinary Professional, and Fear Free Certified.

A lifelong learner who loves medicine, science, and Cats, she is especially interested in dentistry, anesthesia, and, perhaps unexpectedly, parasites! 

Molly has a natural ability to read a Cat's body language and adjust her approach based on what they need in the moment. She believes in being gentle, working at each Cat's pace, and putting herself in their paws.

As a devoted Cat Parent herself, she understands wanting to do everything possible for the Cats we love. Having worked in feline-only medicine before, Molly knew she wanted to return to it. What drew her to CatsOnly was the opportunity to practice care grounded in feline science, behavior, and a deeper understanding of the species. She loves being part of a team that is continually learning more about Cats and applying that knowledge to their care.

At home, Molly has four Cats who are the loves of her life. Aloy, a former bottle baby, is incredibly soft and cuddly. Nox grew up alongside Aloy and loves playing fetch. Tinsel was surrendered to her and is slowly learning to feel more secure as Molly helps her work through severe anxiety. And Steve, who came from a Cat café, sleeps beside her head every night.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Molly has a fascination with oddities and curiosities. She collects animal skulls and wet specimens and sometimes even prepares her own, always ethically sourced.
