About CatsOnly

We didn’t adapt a model.
We
built a new one.

CatsOnly exists because the standard of care that Cats receive has never been built around who Cats actually are. We are changing that.

The Story

For too long, Cats have played second fiddle.

Nearly 46 million U.S. households share their homes with cats, the most common pet in the country. And yet veterinary care, from how clinics are built to how visits are run, has been designed almost entirely around dogs.

The result: Cats who arrive already overwhelmed, get handled in ways that don’t suit them, and go home more distrustful of care than before. Cat Parents feel it too, and dread the visit just as much. CatsOnly was founded to build something different from the ground up: a complete care system, grounded in feline behavioral science and designed to strengthen the bond between Cats and the people who love them.

“We center the Cat in everything we do and design care and experience around the Cat and Cat Parent bond. We act with intention so every visit feels safe, kind, and clinically excellent.”

The CatsOnly Mission

Our Principles

How we behave, every conversation, every Cat.

Trust & Transparency

We build lasting relationships through honesty, reliability, and open communication. Hard conversations are welcome. Every Cat Parent, every Cat, and every team member feels seen, valued, and supported.

Serving the Bond

We create a welcoming, comfortable, and compassionate environment, ensuring every experience feels personal and extraordinary.

Intentionality

We act with purpose and thoughtful consideration, always seeking meaningful innovation. Every decision is guided by one question: will this make things better for the Cat and their family?

Permission to Play

We cultivate creativity, joy, and authenticity in the workplace. Here, it’s safe to take risks, explore passions, and bring our whole selves to the mission.

Inspirational Growth

We’re building a practice meant to endure well beyond our first location. Every choice is guided by one question: will this make feline care better, for our patients and for the profession as a whole?
