Kristin Wuhrman

Kristin has been Cat-obsessed for as long as she can remember. It started with the barn Cats on her grandparents’ farm in Michigan, where she spent hours earning their trust and learning that relationships with Cats happen on their terms.

She's been a Cat Mom for most of her life, sharing her home with rescued Cats, volunteering in feline rescue, and supporting trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts. That lifelong love ultimately shaped a career dedicated to improving their lives.

Over more than 20 years in veterinary and pet health, Kristin has founded companies, built and led teams, and developed business, go-to-market, and feline health strategies. A feline health strategist, innovator, entrepreneur, and Certified Cat Behavior Consultant (CCBC), she brings together business strategy, science, feline biology and behavior, Cat Parent psychology, and experience design.

At CatsOnly, Kristin leads brand, marketing, and experience and is the architect of the CatsOnly Care Journey™ and CatsOnly Moments™. Her understanding of feline biology, behavior, and the Cat’s sensory world shapes the CatsOnly experience, grounded in the belief that care should begin by understanding the world through the Cat’s eyes. 

Through her leadership with CATalyst Council and Mission Meow, Kristin also works to advance the broader feline ecosystem and elevate the status of Cats everywhere. Kristin shares her life with three rescued senior Cats: Ruthie, 17, and Chuck and Lulu, both 15. She raised all three from tiny kittens, including Chuck and Lulu, who came to her as bottle babies. Ruthie is her little mini-me, always following her around, getting massages, and helping make dinner. Chuck is forever a kitten at heart, with daily zoomies and a love for hunting his sushi-roll toys. And one-eyed, deaf Lulu loves her daily yoga stretches and wrestling her banana toy. After all these years together, they continue to remind Kristin just how individual Cats are.

When she’s not doing something Cat-related, Kristin is happiest outdoors. An avid runner and trail runner, she also loves hiking, mountain biking, and playing pickleball with her husband, getting dirty, collecting probably too much outdoor gear, farmer's markets and experimenting with creative vegan cooking.
