Craig Wallace

Craig has spent more than 35 years in animal health, watching the industry evolve through extraordinary advances in medicine, innovation, and the ways people care for their pets. But as a lifelong “Cat guy,” he also saw a disparity that became increasingly difficult to ignore: veterinary care had largely developed within a system that was not designed equally around the needs of Cats.

That realization became the foundation for CatsOnly. Craig developed the original business plan to address a significant gap in veterinary care: creating a model dedicated entirely to Cats and the people who love them.

Rather than simply adapting an existing veterinary model, CatsOnly would be built from the Cat outward, with every part of the organization working together to deliver a fundamentally different experience.

Today, Craig leads CatsOnly with the goal of turning that idea into something much bigger. For him, CatsOnly represents an opportunity to bring exceptional feline-focused veterinary care to an underserved population while demonstrating what is possible when an entire care model is intentionally designed around the patient it serves.

Craig’s connection to Cats is personal, too. He is Cat Parent to Diamond, who continues to remind him why Cats deserve to be understood and cared for on their own terms.

Above all, Craig is a proud husband, father of three sons, and grandfather to two grandsons and one granddaughter, and feels fortunate to build something that brings together his family values, lifelong love of Cats, and decades of experience in animal health.

Outside of work, Craig is a lifelong baseball fan and has played on the same softball team for 30 years.
