No traditional waiting room. When you arrive, you’ll check in from your car and come directly into an exam room. That means fewer transitions and less time for your Cat to spend waiting in a carrier in an unfamiliar environment.

Our exam rooms are intentionally larger, giving your Cat room to move, explore or retreat while you and the Care Team have space to be comfortable, too. Cat Parents stay with their Cat as much as possible rather than Cats routinely being taken away for care.

Dimmable lighting, sound-reducing materials, minimized sightlines and soft, non-slip surfaces help reduce unnecessary sensory load. Warming options help keep Cats comfortable, while elevated spaces and places to retreat give them choices about where they feel most secure.

Hide boxes and retreat spaces are available, and exam rooms have elevated resting and perching surfaces. A Cat who can retreat, or get up high, has options. Having options is one of the more dependable ways to help a Cat settle.

Not every Cat wants to be lifted onto an exam table, and they don't always need to be. Depending on your Cat and the care they need, an exam may happen in the base of their carrier, on a padded surface or even on the floor.

We pay attention to behavior because it gives us important clinical information. When additional care is needed, our Nurses Station and feline-specific hospital spaces allow us to continue that approach, including temperature- and light-controlled Cat condos with multi-level options available.

On-site diagnostic capabilities including digital radiography, ultrasound, ultrasound-guided cystocentesis and infrared thermal imaging help our Care Team gather more information while minimizing the need to send your Cat somewhere else.

Most of your Cat's life happens at home—and their environment is part of their health. Our Essentials Corner is an interactive educational space where Cat Parents can explore practical ways to support their Cat at home, including environment, enrichment, carriers, litter boxes, food and water, play and other feline-specific needs.

It's built around our Five Pillars of a Healthy Feline Environment, helping translate feline biology and behavior into simple things you can do at home.

Treats can help create positive associations, reward voluntary participation and give us another way to learn what your Cat likes.

Choose from lickable treats and other Cat favorites at our Treat Bar. When appropriate, we can try one together during the visit, and you can take another home.

For life's most difficult moments, our Sanctuary Room provides a quiet, private space designed to feel more like a calm living room than a clinical space. Families can stay together in a peaceful environment, with the time, privacy and comfort they need to say goodbye.
